When are orders delivered?

What is the date of the next Farm Club delivery?

I just signed up! When will I get my first order?

Thanks so much for signing up and welcome to N44 Farm Club! Payment will be taken for your first Farm Club box at your initial checkout and it will be delivered to you on the second Tuesday of the month. Our cut-off date for new orders is the first of the month so any new Farm Club orders placed after the first of the month will be fulfilled the following month. After the first order, all Farm Club payments are charged on the first of the month and you will receive a notification prior to any charge. 

Here’s a few examples:

  • You signed up for Farm Club on Jan. 26th. You would be charged that day but your first delivery would be on February 13th (the second Tuesday in Feb). All following orders will be charged in the 1st with delivery on the second Tuesday of the month.
  • You signed up for Farm Club on February 5th. You would be charged that day and your first delivery would be on March 12th because the first order was placed after the Feb. 1st cut-off date. (But you can always email us and request an earlier delivery!). All following orders will be charged in the 1st with delivery on the second Tuesday of the month. 

I made changes to my order but I didn't get it in this month's delivery, what happened?

All farm club members can log into their account and make changes at any point however when the changes were made will determine when it's reflected in the order. Five days before a card is charged, we send out a reminder of the charge and let you know that you have the next five days to make changes if you would like it reflected in that month's order. If changes to your order were made after the first of the month, those changes will be applied to next month's order. Here's an example:

  • A customer logged into their Farm Club account on March 6th and added 2 steaks to their order. Because the change was made after our cut off date of the first of the month, the 2 steaks will be added to their April order. That being said, you can always contact us if you'd like a last-minute update to your order and we will be happy to help! 

I don’t need meat this month, what can I do?

That’s no problem! You can log into your account and skip the month or you can pause your subscription until you’re ready to order again. We do ask that you order at least 4 times a year to keep your account active.

I can’t log in to my subscription account

If you haven’t logged into your account before, you have to create an account using the same email you signed to Farm Club with. You can read the log in tutorial here. If you’d prefer to not create an account, just email us and we can send you a no-login access link that’s valid for 7 days.

I want to know exactly what’s coming in my Farm Club box

Farm Club is much like a vegetable CSA in that you won’t know exactly what you’re going to get every month until it’s delivered. It's a great way to learn about new cuts of meat and we always provide recipe cards! We do ask all our Farm Club members to fill out a preference sheet (emailed to customer after checkout) which allows us to custom pack an order to their likes and dislikes.
